PLEASE NOTE: - Check-in is at 4pm and check out is no later than 11am. Late check may be available upon request prior to booking, additional fee will apply. - No additional guests (day or night) without prior written permission. If there are more than 12 guests without express written permission, the minimum fine from the city is automatically $1000, if there are more than 16 the fine is a minimum of $2,000 and you may be asked to leave with NO refund. - The city of La Quinta DOES NOT allow ANY amplified music outside **NO speakers/bluetooth with music, No exceptions. No outside noise above a whisper after 10pm. No inside music that can be heard outside at any time. NO exceptions. - Pets are allowed at an additional fee. - No smoking or vaping allowed on the property whatsoever - Do not rearrange furniture, a fee will be applied if we have to move furniture back
