- The Kings Cottage was built as a wealthy business man's Manor in 1915, and features classic Spanish style on the exterior, with a warm Late Victorian style on the interior. -The Manor features many large windows and French doors for natural light, and natural warm colors. -The large living room is perfect for a group to gather for meetings with many seating options. -The dining area seats 16 at the table, with room for 6 more in sunroom. There is full china service for 22 guests, and several buffets. -Kitchen has 2 large Refrigerators, double ovens and is fully stocked with all kitchen accessories. -The Manor has 8 Bedrooms & 8 Bathrooms (3 with Jetted Tubs) -The Kings Cottage Manor provides Wifi in all areas, and has Hulu streaming TV -There is generous onsite parking, plus free street parking -The Historical features of the home have been well preserved, with wood floors, original tile work, Stained glass windows, clawfoot tubs and crystal chandeliers.
