About the Space
Our space is very unique to the location, completely private front yard with 25ft hedges and landscaping that will make you feel like you’re on vacation. The front patio is the perfect place for hosting private events, dinners, baby showers etc. The perfect place for photo shoots and on location video shoots. The inside of the space is very open and welcoming, any peerspace renters will have full access to the house other than the bedroom unless requested prior to booking. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Pros: The outdoor space was beautiful and had easy ground level access for the rental tables, chairs etc. to be brought in. There was ample space for our guests. Everyone had a wonderful time. The landscaping is incredible and the hedges are fantastic. Great open space!! Robert was very responsive during the event via text. Areas for improvement: The sprinklers turning on during the event, the patio daybed was not as clean as I had hoped it would be after the professional cleaning, and the bathroom toilet stopped working mid-event. Keep in mind, Robert was off site so there was little he could do to remedy this during the event. All in all, it was a great event and I’m sure Robert will address the address the areas of improve (easy fixes) for the next event he hosts as he was very responsive during our interactions. Thank you!
