Very clean, and open environment. professionally cleaned and sanitized between booking. Great air filtration with high-quality HEPA filters throughout the main event room.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable gloves
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

FRESH and NEWLY renovated event space that fits 100-125 people comfortably in a beautiful open area. The kitchen is available for food storage, preparation, and serving of guests. Beautiful art deco, and modern styling. Keyless entry for you to enter, and leave. DJ available upon request!!

General Rules

SECURITY DEPOSIT in the amount of $100.00 will be returned if the renter cleans up after booking. Unfortunately, the FULL deposit will be kept if the Renter does not clean up and return the event space back to its original state. NO REFUNDS, NO RAIN DATES, and Security deposit will be forfeited if the event does not end at scheduled time. RULES: SMOKING ONLY allowed in the REAR of the building. NO LOITERING OUTSIDE of Premises, If your booking gets shut down due to loitering, the security deposit will be forfeited. ALL BOOKING deposits are NON-refundable WARNING: If anything is LOST/STOLEN or BROKEN the Credit Card on file will be charged if not paid within 24 hours. A DAILY FEE OF $100 will be charged

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras at both entrances and within the facility. All are fully operational.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
