About the Space

Enjoy 800 ft2 of open space and 12 foot ceilings, filled with pink neon lights, a bed, a claw bathtub, a vanity/makeup station, a luxurious sofa, and even a washer and dryer! Ice lights are available for rent to give your images an extra pop of color and more drama.

Parking description

There's plenty of street parking in front and around the building, there's also a big parking garage right across the street (Maryland University). Parking is free after 6pm and on the weekends

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

There's no natural light, all the light comes from the neon lights, vanity, table lamps, and floor lamps. Shooting with available light is fine, but I encourage you to use additional lights. If you don't have any, don't worry, I have 2 "ice lights" with tripods available for rent!

Space is not soundproof

You can hear some noise coming from the street (not busy), or when the A/C window unit is on

Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned and disinfected before you arrive with industrial grade disinfectant that eliminates 99% of viruses and bacteria. No glitter allowed in the space, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any glitter removal

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
