Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

There is a professional cleaning team that comes in before and after each booking. The team that reserves the space is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition at departure.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The parking options are as followed. There is a concrete driveway that fits 2 cars. The neighborhood parking is free street parking. The home fits 2 cars on the street level directly in front, and the remaining cars are able to find available parking.

General Rules

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS: - Please make sure the hours you request include time for setup & takedown/cleanup - If additional individuals will visit you while on-site, please add that number of guests to the reservation accordingly - No additional guests are allowed in the home that are not on the reservation - Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house - Outdoor Cameras communicate activities like arrival time & departure time; also used to verify the number of guests on the property - No loud music or outdoor activities after 10 PM OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES: - NO SMOKING or smoke machines of any kind - No candles or flammable objects that produce ash or scents - No Pets or other animals - Any evidence of any of the above will incur a $500 fee. Please respect the property & the community. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE: Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS: No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. Failure to adhere to the following house rules will result in additional fees and cancellation of the reservation. By agreeing to this booking you are agreeing to all house rules.

There are 2 security cameras on the exterior of the property and 1 doorbell camera on the exterior. The cameras are weatherproof and equipped with audio recording. All devices will be ON. Cameras are used to verify the House rules are being followed, such as amount of guests, animals. ect

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
