About the Space
Welcome to our stylish, newly renovated, open space in the first floor of our 4000 square foot home minutes from the Inner Harbor, Harbor East, and the Maryland Zoo. This space is perfect for your small gathering, celebration, photoshoot, small productions, as well as meeting and co-working spaces. Previous celebrations included a personal chef, bridal proposal, and art showing. This space is the perfect place to execute your vision. Bring in decor, set up a mimosa bar, have a launch party or small networking event. It includes completely open concept dining and living areas which flow into a gorgeous, bright white kitchen with stainless steel appliances and open bar area. Features include flat screen smart TV (with ability to connect wirelessly to a device), wifi, AC/heating and more. Street parking is available, as well as a parking pad for two smaller vehicles with street level access. Along with first floor space, one guest room with an en suite bathroom, is available upon request, as well as an extra 300 square feet fenced outdoor area. There is storage space in the basement as needed. Security/Recording: The home has an outside front door camera that is activated by movement or ringing the doorbell, as well as a rear outside camera facing the parking pad/alley that is motion activated. (Please include set up and break down time in your booking to avoid overtime fees.)

My experience at the Space was amazing! It was very clean, spacious and quiet; perfect for my shoot. Parkong was not an issue at all. The owner Shonté was friendly and very accommodating. There was a small issue and she immediately started working towards correcting it! I would most definitely recommend this Space and plan to book again!

I had such a great experience with Shonte’. Booking was easy and she answered all of my questions. This property is gorgeous & what you see in the photos is exactly what you get with the space. Shonte is both very professional and friendly. I really enjoyed celebrating my 35th birthday here and my guests loved it too. I had an 80s/90s theme kickback and we had the best time and felt right at home. I can’t wait to book again!
