This home is 30 minutes from Napa, 45 min from Sacramento, 1 hour from San Francisco, 2 hours from the beach in the summer, 2 hours from the snow in the winter, and 1 hour from the Redwoods year-round. This property has a modern rustic decor to go along with the Napa winery themed rooms. Huge media room with theater reclining seating. Open space throughout home for equipment and large crews. Great natural lighting and the ability to move furniture with ease. You are going to love it here!

You can check in anytime. The code is provided the day of arrival. You just use enter the 4 numbers, and the lock should open.
The thermostats are set to 68 degrees upstairs and downstairs. I have a short video I can text about how to operate it.
Just a little reminder that parties, smoking, and pets are not allowed. We use our property in-between guests, and we have allergies to cigarette smoke and pets in our family.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
House is deep cleaned in between bookings by a licensed professional in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
