About the Space
A unique photo studio loft space inside an old mill building. Tons of natural light, over 1,400 square feet of open space. Large modern conference table, multiple sitting areas, makeup area, changing room and more. Exposed brick walls and antique elevator doors are perfect and unique backdrops. Hardwood floors throughout. Free parking, wifi, small fridge and Nespresso machine are available during your stay. The studio is ideal for small-to-medium scale photoshoots, workshops, documentary or interview video shoots, small meetings or conferences, wellness, yoga, workshops, lessons, classes, product demos, makeup trials or other one-on-one meetings. Town center is close by with tons of restaurants and businesses. Easy parking onsite and wheelchair accessible.

The space is exactly as shown - spacious, clean and beautiful. We filmed sit down interviews and had zero issues. Of course you’ll hear some noise because it’s not soundproof but it did not ruin our shooting. Dina is a great host, very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would book again.

Dina was very attentive and professional. She arrived a few minutes before my booking and was very kind, happy, and energetic. She showed me the building, how to get inside. The space was exactly as advertised. Dina even offered for me to borrow some of her photography lighting equipment for the video I was filming. The space was very clean, modern, and we were able to move the furniture around to get the perfect shot for our video commercial. There was even a dressing room and a makeup desk/mirror in the corner for the talent. Perfect setup for a bright and airy location with variety of textures and depth for different styles. Only downside is that the elevator did not work so we had to carry the equipment up the stairs but Dina gave us a dolly to help with the load. Dina was very accommodating and allowed our talent to bring her therapy dog. Would come back again!
