COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Space is thoroughly cleaned before and after every booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
NLE STUDIO is located on the corner of Bergenwood Rd and Fairview Ave. This is a two room studio equipped with full kitchen, full bathroom, recording booth and hair/makeup station. Parking description
5 Car Parking lot, first come first serve. It is free to park anywhere around the building. The studio entrance is located on Harding Place. Easy load in 5 step exterior stairs.

Although the entire space is NOT sound proof, there is a sound booth space available for V/O or any recording purposes.

Equipment can be brought through the main entrance of the apartment. Must go up few stairs (5 steps) to access the building. In-House Equipment is a also available for renting.

Exterior cameras covering the perimeter of the building. Interior cameras located in each studio space, kitchen and hallway. Recording 24/7.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
