All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Just under a 1,000 sq. ft. of wide open space with hardwood floors available for rent. This inviting space is ideal for meetings, training seminars or a yoga / dance / meditation studio. Conveniently located in downtown Everett, this space is on the 3rd floor of the Everett Public Market Building. Boxed lunches available for pre-ordering from the iconic Sisters Restaurant which is located on site. Space comes with 9 nesting tables, approximately 75 chairs and one folding table.

Equipment loading description

There is a 30 minute loading parking space behind the building. The door will give access to the bottom floor - where the elevator is. The back door is locked at all times. Someone will have to enter through the front of the building and take the elevator to the first floor. The prop the door open.

General Rules

The space will be clean when you arrive and we expect it to be clean when you leave. All garbage should be taken to the dumpster behind the building. (Do not leave in restroom trash cans). No loud noises in the hallways. The property is smoke free. The parking lot behind the building is for long term tenants only. All others will be towed at owners expense

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

No smoke machines allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security camera's throughout the building.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
