This listing books our 3,000 sf amazing multi-media studio equipped with handicap accessible bathrooms, dressing room, CYC, and bay door entry for load in. Our event support staff is on-site during the entirety of your booking to ensure every meeting or event is seamless. The studio is always changing to accommodate new renters so feel free to ask specific questions regarding your rental.

General Rules

-Ask about spaces that can be rented without insurance. -We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. -We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle while parked on the premises or stolen items out of your vehicle. -You will be responsible for damage or theft caused by your guest or vendors. -Furniture and decorations may be moved -Smoke machines are allowed -No smoking onsite -Nudity not allowed -Alcohol not allowed -All trash and personal equipment must be taken out by the guest by the end of rental time. -Outside Catering is allowed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
