ABOUT THE SPACE Welcome to my happy place. This bright and airy studio brings a calming and joyful vibe to most that visit, and I'd like to share that experience with you. This creative space has 1,200 square feet of open space, soaring 20-foot ceilings and is lightly decorated in a monotone color palette, with the featured style of modern and vintage combination furniture. Large front windows for natural light, light gray wood floors throughout, The wood flooring is continuous against a back wall and can be great for a backdrop. Wall to ceiling custom shelving for product placement or party hosting. One side of the room has a large plain white wall for a backdrop. There is also a small changing room with a door and a floor-to-ceiling mirror with clothes hooks. Our backroom has a Frigidaire with kitchen utensils and an enclosed restroom. This area has another door entrance from the backside making it easier for fewer distractions. The entire open space is available to our guests, including a kitchenette and a restroom. -There is a Mexican restaurant and Ace hardware conveniently located across the street, as well as supermarkets within 1 mile ( Aldi’s, Grocery Outlet, Kings Super Market). If you forgot basic general supplies Dollar King is perfect for last-minute items. -Located in Altadena (Hills of Pasadena), we are just outside of Los Angeles and centrally close to Rose Bowl and Old Town Pasadena. The following furniture is available for your use (free of charge). If you need the furniture moved you must be willing and able to bring the furniture to our storage space out back and replace it when you are finished at the end of your event. GREETINGS: For your convenience, we are happy to meet our guests to give the rundown and get you settled and comfortable. CLOSING TIME: Our cleaning crew will sweep/ mop the floors, clean the bathroom, etc but you are responsible for removing all trash, decorations & personal belongings at the end of your rental period. There is trash & a dumpster right behind the building for your convenience. However, we will invoice you if we have to do excessive clean-up after you or if you break things. EXTRA TIME: We have a two-hour minimum. If we don't have a conflict, we can extend for any subsequent hours after your scheduled time ends. We are happy to accommodate ONE site visit for our guests. Additional walk-throughs, site visits and any negotiated load-ins before the rental period will be billed at $50 per visit. FEATURES: Central air conditioning and heating The studio’s ground floor entrance makes it easy to load/unload equipment and can accommodate any size truck. 2 parking spaces included and free all-day street parking. EVENT SUPPORT: On-Site Host High-speed wifi (But the mountain area can be slow at times) Desk to plug in your laptop Bluetooth speaker Clothes steamer Rolling Racks FURNITURE: All furniture pictured is available for use and included in your rental except the large heavy gold vintage mirrors and personal Dishware/Glassware/Silverware. EQUIPMENT LOADING: Equipment can be loaded in through the driveway, but as a shared space, cars must be moved after to allow other retail access in and out of the driveway. PARKING: 2 dedicated parking space is included with the rental. Please do not double park cars or park them in the driveway. Additional cars can be parked all day for free in the residential neighborhood.
