We clean the house and outdoor area before and after each event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
About the Space
Great for family and friends gatherings. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, and an outdoor lounge with seating for up to 25 people. Open space inside the house with a dining table good for 8 people. Outdoor has a fire pit, dining table, 5 lounge chairs, and 2 additional seating areas good for 4 people each.

Yes, I would book again.
This spot is amazing!!! The host was very communicative and understanding. The price was reasonable I don’t feel like my money was wasted. I will be definitely coming back to this spot also because it’s a good area and my guest felt safe also being in the area .
