COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is cleaned each day by staff. This includes cleaning of lighting fixtures, door handles and furniture. In addition, we hire professional cleaning companies to ensure location is properly cleaned.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Located in the heart of Houston, Medical Center South is one of the city's newest and rapidly growing areas. Our content and lifestyle studio was created with photographers, videographers and influencers in mind. The lifestyle studio features great natural lighting, high 10 ft ceilings, modern/luxury kitchen, urban chic living area with modular furniture, colored photography backdrops, and much more. Our goal is to provide a clean, convenient and affordable space where creatives can bring their vision to life.

General Rules

No Smoking No smoke machines allowed Photo studio is on first floor of home and guests are PROHIBITED from any other areas of the home. After each session, we ask that guests throw away all trash and leave studio clean. Note, there will be a $120 cleaning fee if studio is left in unsatisfactory conditions. If furniture is moved during session, we ask that its put back in its original position before leaving the studio. Up to 4 parking spaces are available in driveway of location. If additional parking, street parking is available. Production insurance is not required.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are located in front, side and back of location.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
