Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All surfaces and rental equipment are disinfected at the beginning and end of every day as well as after every booking. The studio space will also be deep cleaned by a professional cleaning service bi-weekly. We make every effort to keep this beautiful space clean and safe for all our guests. :)

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Lighting description

There are three large windows spreading light throughout the space. The brightest points of the day are between 11-6 pm. There are window coverings to soften the light, however, natural light can not be blocked out.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The street is very quiet, the large windows let in sounds of songbirds, minimal street noise, and a periodic train that briefly passes through a nearby railroad.

Equipment loading description

Larger equipment can be taken to the studio through the loading zone accessed through the building parking lot. Loading trucks would need to be moved after loading and parked on the street.

General Rules

Rental starts and ends at booked rental time. You have to be wrapped and cleaned up at the end of the rental period, or overtime will be charged. It's not a problem if you like to stay longer, just contact us to ensure the space is still available. Please leave the studio as clean as found at the beginning of your rental otherwise there will be a $40 clean-up fee. The featured sofa is for production use only. Please utilize the foldable chairs for lounging. When using the sofa for production purposes, be mindful of makeup, oil, and any other substances, as the couch stains easily. Unreported damages to the couch will result in a cleaning fee of $350 that will automatically be charged to the card on file. No smoking inside the studio. There is a smoking area outside.

Great space with a great price. Mezu was awesome and had everything set up and cleaned before we got there which was super nice. Was a little warm, but once the A/C got going it was perfect. Would recommend for smaller more intimate shoots, but other than that I'd totally book again.
