About the Space

ABOUT: The space is a 1,000 sq ft production studio. - North Facing Windows - A lot of Natural Light - 9-foot Seamless backdrops (Up to 1 color can be mounted to the backdrop kit). - Production / Editing Stand Up desk with a 5k LG monitor for QUICK USBC TETHERING. - Collapsible portable changing room - Clothing Rack with 10 wooden hangers. - Marshall Bluetooth Speaker - Salon Area with Professional Barber Chair - Brush Stainless Steel Salon Styled Sink - Beverage Station Stocked with drinks for purchase. - Hand Truck for heavy equipment _____________________________________________________________________________________ - All bookings are scheduled for 30 min. apart to allow for proper cleaning to take place and to review equipment and the state of the studio before the next rental group comes in. _____________________________________________________________________________________ LIGHTING & GRIP EQUIPMENT INCLUDED: - (1) Circular Reflector + Reflector Holder - (1) 6x6 Window which provides and nice golden hour light, right around 4:30- 5:30 - (2) V-flat World V flats - (1) C-Stands - (3) Sandbags (25lbs Each) - (1) Height Adjustable Table on Wheels With 27’ 5K LG MONITOR - (2) Matthews Apple Boxes - (1) Moveable Mirror - (1) Husky Cart w/ Extension Cable ______________________________________________________________________________________ RULES: The studio must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Furniture should be lifted not dragged. • No standing on the furniture. • Please do not smoke in the building, vapes are okay. • Lift all equipment and furniture. DO NOT DRAG.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
