Parking varies by time of the day. Corner building with 4 Spaces in the front. Free parking along the street through the day. After 5pm parking in front of neighboring business. No Towing enforced in the area unless parked on grassy areas.

• Children must be supervised at all times. • Pets are not allowed unless they are Service Dogs or Emotional Support Animals. • Candles must be in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces. • Only water is allowed near furniture and props • Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited. No smoke bombs. • No affixing anything to walls or rolling backdrops including nailing, tacks, staples, or hanging or taping (painter's tape is OK). • Smoking is prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents. Projects involving smoke machines must have our approval prior to reserving the Studio. • No illicit drug use is permitted, and the STUDIO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RESERVATION IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND IF SUCH ACTIVITY OCCURS. • Music or other amplified sound are allowed. • Set up and breakdown times must fall within the total reservation period reserved. It is the responsibility of the Renter and its vendors to set up, break down, and move equipment and other items within the Studio. • Renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party. • Company representatives may monitor all activities in the Studio and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law.
