Parking description
The area is residential with a school nearby. There is street parking out front, along the side and on the following streets. Most of the street parking is free with limited parking hours and monitored street cleaning days.

There are windows in each space other than Studio #2. All sound and light can be blocked out of each recording space.

Equipment loading description
There is space in the front for loading and unloading. There are stairs to get up to the building.
Staging area is available
Any of the other studio spaces that aren’t being used at the time can be used for wardrobe, makeup, etc. as long as space is cleaned following exit.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Rooms with doors shut are off limits. If renters haven’t pre-asked for additional space , the studio space selected for rental is the only space other than bathrooms that can be accessed.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Each space has outlets, sound systems and for the rooms where mics are needed they are provided. A staff member will be in house during all bookings to assist with any sound needs.

-GreyStone Studios do request that all guest leave the space as found
- Report and issues with equipment before or after arrival
- Don’t over extend guest limit
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved, please put things back how you found them before leaving. It sometimes help to take before and after photos.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras located in reach recording room (open public spaces) that are on but not regularly monitored with intent to insure that each space is being respected and all recording sessions are conducted safely.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All furniture is sanitized between sessions and waters in rooms with studios are commonly restocked with waters. All rooms get deep cleaned once a week by hired cleaners.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
