Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in & load-out time. Per Peerspace's policy overtime billed in 1/2 hour increments at a rate of 1.5 X hour stated hourly rate. Please take all materials out with you that you bring in. Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking. Furniture may be moved by the host upon request. Max occupancy of space is 30 persons. We are happy for you to bring your own food, drinks or alcohol. If you'd like beer keg service, we have a dedicated vendor who is able to supply pricing & delivery upon request. No Smoking, No Pets, No Porn Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use. All wax candles must be fully enclosed in a glass container. No glitter, silly string, holes in the walls, or duct tape allowed ALCOHOL: Alcohol is allowed, if it is being served we require the hiring of a security guard. This is to ensure the safety of your guest as well as prevent underage or unwanted drinking. EVENT INSURANCE: Client and any & all vendors must submit the appropriate certificate of insurance to site manager at least (7) days prior to event date. Client’s personal certificate of insurance must include personal liability and host liquor liability with limits not less than $1M per occurrence. Vendor certificates must demonstrate general liability with limits not less than $1M per occurrence and liquor liability (if serving alcohol) with limits not less than $1M per occurrence. Vendors must provide proof of worker’s compensation insurance. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 Security Deposit is required to rent the space. This security deposit is refundable upon conclusion of the rental, if the space is left in good condition (same condition as it was prior to the rental). The security deposit should be submitted 24 hours before the start of the rental, and will be refunded within 24 hours after the rental has concluded, and the condition of the space has been verified. Security deposits can be submitted via Venmo or Paypal. CLEANING FEE: there is a cleaning fee added to each rental. If the cleaning costs more than the estimate - renter will be charged the difference. HOURS: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM NO ALCOHOL outside or in parking lot WIFI - is not great in the building
