Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is a light, high ceiling, white and cool blank canvas for many uses, including a great layout for photography or any other creative endeavors such as workshops, rehearsals and filming. Perfect ground floor access within a gated warehouse environment. All bookings have access to the full ground floor. The studio possesses great natural light from skylights and windows, all can be blacked out easily if required. In addition, it has a spacious lounge, high spec kitchen and outside area.

Parking description

Always free spaces (Paid) on the street. If notice given we can arrange daily passes for street parking for a £5 fee. Tokoro Studio is in a gated courtyard, and cars/vans (uptown Luton Box van size), can be driven right to the ground floor double doors for unloading/derigging only.
