3, level, 6 bedroom traditional, colonial home on .75 of an acre on the Long Island Sound in New Rochelle in Westchester County. Classic ground floor layout with kitchen and sunroom facing the water overlooking the grounds. Large dining room and living room and center hall. Waterfront views from each room. Modern clean paint and coastal furnishings. Large deck facing water that wraps around house. Approximately 1/2 an acres of flat lawn on water's edge.

Lighting description
Many large windows facing out to the water. They could certainly be covered up but there are no existing blackout blinds brightest from 7AM-1pm EST most times of the year.

Not a busy street very quiet neighborhood and there are many photo/film shoots in the neighborhood. House next door was featured in movie "Burn after Reading".
