Cute blue beach house by the shoreline. Located in Pacifica, California one block away from the ocean shoreline. Yes, you can hear the gentle shushing of the ocean on our quiet street. With xeriscaped landscaping characterized by local plants and bougainvillea, our little blue beach house has a large front porch with lots of sunlight to relax in and a small backyard deck to enjoy the warm weather. Inside, the back living room has 14’ ceilings with skylights across the roof and sides to bathe the back of the home in warm sunlight. The guest room is fully furnished as is the office, kitchen and master bedroom. However the front room is largely unfurnished and great for large gatherings, catering or staging. The guest room is available for short term rentals. The rest of the home is available for a day pass or hourly rates (minimum 2 hours).
