This Loft is amazing for Photoshoots, film productions, classes, private upscale events, seminars and more. If you should need extra time in the loft, the hourly rate in the original agreement will be applied as long as there is not a booking following your session. Furniture can be moved.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Geneviève and her loft space were both nothing short of amazing! I used the space to get ready for my wedding and it was perfect with the salon chairs and all the natural light. It made for the perfect backdrop for pictures as well. Geneviève was incredibly attentive, quick to respond and gave very helpful notes about the space. Would highly recommend this space!

Gorgeous, amazing space! Used this for a photoshoot with a pretty large team and we loved it. Immaculately decorated esp with the large mirror. Space feels large yet intimate. Crew had tons of space to get ready along with hair & makeup. Easy to find & check-in/check-out of!

Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience booking this space. This is disappointing because we were excited to support a woman owned business and share their space with our network. I will not go into detail about what transpired because the hosts are fully aware of what they did not take accountability for. However I always give credit where it is due. The ambiance of the space was amazing. The communication with the host and the assistant after we booked was very disappointing and offensive. I will not book this space again.

Honestly, the photos do not do this space justice. It was absolutely beautiful!! The amount of natural light was *chefs kiss. Can't wait to book again!

My team and I booked our content shoot here back in July. We had various people accompanying us so we had a few schedule changes and Geneviève and her team were about to accommodate us. It was truly appreciated. Now for the space, it’s so versatile and modern. We were able to capture video and photos there that really helped us with the style we were going for. I would definitely book again- worth every penny!
