Space is regularly cleaned, dusted, disinfected and ventilated.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our space is a fitness studio equipped with many mirrors and open floor space. While perfect for hosting a class or workshop, we have hosted many photo shoots, short films and even rehearsal dinners in the space. None of the furniture is heavy or locked into the space which makes it very versatile. A wall of windows provide great natural light, but each have shades should you prefer to control and light the space with your own equipment. There is a single bathroom and small changing/storage area. A lobby exists within the space for clients or extras to get comfortable, but again - can me manipulated/adjusted. Elevator opens up straight into the space for easy load in + out. Plenty of outlets surround the perimeter. Sound system and livestream camera are also built into the space and available for use.

Parking description

Free street parking on Sundays, Outdoor Parking lot directly across the street and nearby metered street parking.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. Everything must be returned to its original position post rental. Outside food and beverage is allowed, but trash must be cleared at the end of the day.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Space has a camera installed to livestream classes. Device will be turned off during rental period.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
