COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Cleaners using disinfectants to wipe down all surfaces. Sheets are washed in hot water with bleach. Steam cleaner is used for mopping floors, killing any and all bacteria on the flooring.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

The property encompasses 5.5 acres which include a natural pond with ducks. There is a fully furnished new mobile home on the property that is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with enough beds for 9 people. There are two sheds on the property that are off limits to renters. These sheds are a work in progress therefore renters/guests should not enter. The mobile home is about 1600 sq feet. The entire property can be booked, but the sheds cannot be entered or tampered with.

The sheds in the back of the property cannot be entered. They are not safe. However filming around the sheds can be taken with caution as there could be unstable grounds. There is no swimming allowed in the pond.

General Rules

-No smoking inside the mobile home. -No more than 9 people can sleep inside the home. -No more than 25 people on the property throughout the day. -No noise or loud music after 9pm. -No weapons of any kind. -Pets are allowed - 2 pet maximum under 50 pounds each. $75 per pet pet stay. -Rental agreement must be signed prior to entering the home. -If using for commercial/business purposes, guest must supply the commercial liability insurance and list host as insured.

All ages are allowed in the space

The property owner should be added as an insured on the guest/renters' commercial insurance liability document.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Yes furniture can be removed or moved around as long as everything is put back the way it was found.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are three security cameras. One is located on the front porch facing the front door. Second is located on the outer edge of the back porch facing the backyard and pond. Third is located on the east side of the home facing the empty lot.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
