COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Owners are tested/vaxxed and we expect all crews to follow current production guidelines. And to leave a clean space that they have cleaned on wrap.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is a combo of a few small offices, a conference room, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room like area and a small deck overlooking New York City. It's part studio, part offices, part loft. Great for fashion photo shoots or small film crews and documentary interview jobs. We suggest you arrange a scout visit. Security Deposit: $500/day
