Welcome to this space. Our Facility is Great for: Music Videos, Photoshoots, Short Films, Feature Films, Commercials & more. The hourly rate upon booking is for the full facility. Our facility has many customized sets. There is no lighting included but available for rental. We also have props and wardrobe for rental. Check out our Add On options for more. - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Hands down one of the best spaces I have ever been to. He is a great host and also a film maker so he is looking at the big picture from every angle. I will always try to shoot here first if I am in Chicago.
