Abundant parking. Free options during some fall and winter months. Mostly paid parking options only from April thru October.

No smoking. Events rarely run past midnight due to local parking restrictions. We are a family-friendly venue, and so although we do host many events that are for adults only we do avoid associating our brand with any events that would be seen as raunchy, obscene, or involve nudity, etc. Ticketed events must be run through our ticketing system to ensure seating choices, proper local taxes, and other options. This can be promoted on our site also, or done as a 'white label' for your event alone. Vendor table events must ensure they have an event permit with the city of Virginia Beach and follow the guidelines and regulations for vendor tables/spaces. We do have an ABC license and limited bar selections (beer, wine, some mixed drinks), but can host events for all ages and can provide special selections and/or catering, etc. Outside catering is allowed, but must be through a licensed caterer or restaurant. Drinks (alcohol and otherwise) must be provided by FFX as permitted by our license. Event space is all on the second story. At this time we do not have an elevator but are planning in the future to install a lift system. Entry for guests involves 20-step carpeted staircase with large brass handrails, and similar stairs at back entrance for any equipment load-in/out.
