About the Space
Great for filming, photography, swap meet, bazaar, art show, and social events. Unfurnished, rustic. Good vibes. Access to outdoor patio area with picnic tables and bar. Picnic tables can be moved to accommodate large vehicle parking. Secure gate. Overhead bay door access in back.

Parking description
City parking lot adjacent. Corner building with street parking on two streets. City lot can be reserved for city fees and with advanced notice. Gated parking area on property. Can accommodate large vehicles. (Note: patio and parking area on property are one and the same; you must move picnic tables in order to park on site.)
General Rules
No restrictions. Leave broom clean and remove all personal belongings after event. Outside catering allowed. All ages with permitted alcohol available.

This is an empty warehouse space. It is up to the event host to take precautions to prevent the spread of COVID.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
