Penthouse loft - main room with 18ft tall ceilings, concert light/laser stage for DJs and live performances - second loft overlooking the main room with spiral staircase access - studio room for live music performance & recording - main loft with bed & lounge space - rooftop patio with hot tub and cold plunge - epic view of DTLA skyline and Hollywood sign - full kitchen and bar - bathroom, shower, & closet We have 2,000 sq ft of space with a limitless amount of creative options for photo shoots, video shoots, and events. Our main room features a trendy dark interior design palette with 18ft tall ceilings. We have an epic laser system which rivals what you would see at a music festival. In the other rooms you'll find things such as a glass atrium full of plants, velvet couches, luxury curtain backdrops, Moroccan lanterns and rugs, large aesthetic mirrors, a spiral staircase, and fur beds and pillows. DJ, music, lighting, and photo/video equipment is available for rental.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
