This space has been thoughtfully curated and designed keeping in mind the need of light and shadows to create most amazing photo moments. Let it be a family photo shoot or a instagram photo or the next photo shoot for your brand, let it be for anything, you are rest assured that the pictures would be better than you ever imagined. This house features: 1:Lime washed walls 2: oak flooring 3:designer furniture pieces 4: beautiful sculptural pieces 5:skylights 6: beautiful iron doors to create beautiful effect of lights and shadows 7: kitchen is covered with stunning Calcatta gold marble with floating shelves 8: arch on the entry way and kitchen that creates beautiful pictures 9:beautiful light fixtures that make pictures seem so romantic and dramatic 10: option to park right outside the door for you to access the equipments. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Ashita was the most amazing Peerspace host! Her home was stunning and she was extremely flexible and kind when accommodating my booking. Every single corner and detail was so well thought out, it was perfect for my client's branding photoshoot. She even left out snacks and a bottle of wine for us! I will DEFINITELY be back again! Yes, I would book again.

We rented the space for a photoshoot with a small crew of 4. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with in terms of her communication and flexibility. The space is lovely, full of natural light, and beautifully decorated with tasteful furniture and special pieces that we definitely used in the shoot. There were a few issues in terms of some light scuffing on the walls and floors that we had to work around, but the owner was aware and seems to be addressing this for the future. We thought the outdoor space would be available to use, but it was really more of an indoor shoot. Overall, it's a beautiful and special space that provides lots of indoor vignettes.
