All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Punk, skateboarding and 80’s-90’s pop culture themed bar and music venue. Bar in front, modern design, concrete bar and booth seating. Beyond, show room with red velvet curtains and stage. Outdoor patio with picnic tables and rustic outdoor clubhouse bar. Can accommodate large vehicle parking. Adjacent 3500 sq ft warehouse adjacent, also for rent. LA city parking lot adjacent.

There is a lot on the property that is used as a patio but can accommodate large vehicle parking. There is free street parking on two streets, as this is a corner lot. There is a LA city lot adjacent to the property. The city lot may be reserved with advance notice.
