Are you and your team looking for a quite and comfortable meeting space? Do you need room to cultivate your ideas or to focus on a goal? Then this is the space for you. Located right outside of the City of Philadelphia, this conference space comfortably seats 8 people and includes Wi-fi, projector, screen, dry erase board, and a complimentary coffee & tea bar. There is plenty of free parking and if you need to get outside then you'll love the beautiful grounds surrounding the building. Let us serve your professional needs while maintaining your comfort during your next meeting.

Plenty of free parking located on the grounds of the Wyncote House Apartments surrounding the entire building.
General Rules
No smoking or vaping in the building or suite.
No alcohol allowed
Outside catering and food deliveries are allowed.

Security cameras and recording devices
For your safety we have security cameras at the front door and panic buttons in the conference room for emergency use.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Each area in our suite is cleaned and disinfected in between appointments and bookings to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
