Thorough cleaning in high traffic areas is performed regularly. Commonly used surfaces are frequently disinfected at a minimum 3 times per day. All shared equipment and touchable surfaces are cleaned and sanitized between each use. Customer entrances and exits, and frequently used equipment are equipped with proper sanitation products, including hand sanitizer and/or sanitizing wipes. Hand washing facilities will be made available and will stay operational and stocked at all times and additional soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer are supplied when needed. Sanitizing supplies are provided to promote employees’ personal hygiene. This may include tissues, no-touch trash cans, hand soap, adequate time for hand- washing, alcohol-based hand sanitizers, disinfectants, and disposable towels. Cleaning products are used that meet the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s- approved for use against COVID-19 list. Employees are provided adequate time to implement cleaning practices before and after shifts. Schedule for Disinfecting High Traffic Areas and Commonly Used Surfaces: - need to confirm Front entrance doors - every 2-3 hours Envoy visitor kiosk is cleaned after each use Front Desk area - 2 times daily, sometimes more frequently Leasing lounge - once daily Company kitchen area - every 2-3 hours Lounge - every 2-3 hours Conference rooms in main lounge - after each use Other conference rooms - once daily Kitchen area of lounge - every 2-3 hours Mail room - daily Copy machines/scanners - as needed Roof deck - minimum 2 times daily (maximum occupancy 14 people) Restrooms: Near front desk - every 2-3 hours In lounge area - every 2-3 hours In first-floor hall - every 2-3 hours Others - every 2-3 hours Elevator - every 2-3 hours
