Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

A professional cleaner is hired to thoroughly clean the space between bookings. A detailed checklist must be followed with each cleaning.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to The Phoenix Saguaro House! Our space is a unique, small house designed with a modern southwest twist for all your event hosting needs! Our 1,200 sq ft space is located in North Phoenix, approximately 20 minutes from Downtown. Features: > 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed & 2 twin beds) > 1 full bathroom > Functional kitchen & sink > Fast Wi-Fi > Ample natural lighting & blackout curtains > Washer/dryer unit on-site > Located near 2 major freeways for easy access Appropriately named after the large Saguaro cactus in the backyard, The Phoenix Saguaro House was originally built in the 1980's and has been recently remodeled with a modern southwest vibe that truly captures the spirit of the Arizona Desert.

General Rules

- No smoking - No loud music after 11pm - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors - All rentals include setup and teardown time - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking - Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use key code provided

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a Ring video doorbell on the front of the house.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
