About the Space
A relaxed mid century modern home built in the 60s nested in a quaint neighborhood of South Pasadena. It is not a grand MCM home, but rather a cozy type. It is a 2 bedroom with 1.5 bath. The giant living/dining room welcomes the guest with bright welcoming feel. The yard in the back is spacious, with a kidney shaped pool, cleaned every week. It is lit during the day, bringing beautiful reflections to the surrounding vine walls. Good for filming, photoshoot, private events, and meetings.

20 out of 10. What a wonderful location with incredible hosts. We were looking for a location for our short film that didn’t look like LA, had lots of natural light and beautiful set dressing and this home checked all of the boxes. There were so many beautiful corners to shoot in for a wide variety of different shots. There is plenty of natural light all day long. There is lots of street parking for crew, and a Starbucks half a mile down the road, very convenient. Grace and Lo we’re incredibly communicative, helpful and flexible with us. What a gem of a location. Would love to shoot here again.
