When renting the home’s great room as a fully functional, furnished event space enjoy over 1,200 square feet of interior space plus 700 square feet of covered patio space. The space is white, bright, yet has a very warm, opulent feel with white oak flooring, touches of French antiques and crystal chandeliers mixed with upscale, modern décor. Home features a white and gray neutral pallet that is easy to transform for parties, wine tastings, cooking demos, and other special events. There is a large kitchen area with white quartz countertops, gray glass subway tile and a large 6’ x 5’ white quartz island which is perfect for displaying food stations, décor, and more. The kitchen is equipped with Thermador appliances including a double oven, microwave, gas stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher, and wine cooler along with glassware, wine glasses, champagne flutes, dishware, and flatware. A variety of accompanying white ceramic or sterling silver platters are also included. Furniture can be moved around the space to make room for additional table or removed for an additional fee.
