Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

I leave cleaning products out in case you want to perform your own cleaning after I have. I can record myself cleaning upon request.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Perfect for small photo shoots, film projects, music recording and think tank gatherings. Living Room space available backgrounds for photos, interviews, podcast and more. (must bring own equipment for podcast!! Desktop computer available for additional charge). Kitchen space available for additional charge if you plan to bring food to a photo shoot. Kitchen is included if booking for filming. Unique features: Rooftop space available for photo and video recording.

Parking description

Free Street parking is usually available. Paid guest parking is available on the first floor and rooftop of the parking garage. MUST BE BUZZED IN TO GO TO ROOFTOP. Not for first floor parking and you are responsible to pay your parking.

Ambient noise description

Appliance noise if dishwasher, washing machine or dryer is running. I will not have these things running during bookings. Refrigerator makes some small noises A/C makes noise but can be shut off

Equipment loading description

You can load in and out via the parking garage but you must immediately move vehicle to either a free or paid space and pay for your space.

There is an outlet every 8ft in the space

General Rules

1. If you show up with more people than booked for your reservation, it will be cancelled without a refund. No exceptions! 2. No smoking in the building. 3.No weapons allowed on the property. 4.Film Crews must show proof of insurance with a document stating that they will take full responsibility for any damages. 5.No loud music after 10 pm. 6.Must be accompanied to rooftop. (additional charge) no exceptions, OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. Grill on Rooftop is subject to availability.

I request a signed contract stating that me and my property are not responsible for any bodily injury and that you will cover any large damages to property caused by film crew

Security cameras and recording devices

Public Apartment has regular security cameras all over the property. There is one well hidden camera in the common area of the actual apartment. no cameras in private spaces

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
