About the Space
Diving Pool, light open space, huge backyard. 4 bedrooms, two are teen rooms. Office, bar- large living room. Modern and very clean lines. Full gym in the 4 car garage. There is empty space behind the house, modern art throughout. Southwest Modern feel, lots of white and grey. Very available in July.

4 car garage and plenty of street parking, and driveway.
General Rules
No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed. Cleaning fee. Alcohol is allowed. No lifeguard on duty.
All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaning company that will come between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

No, I would not book again.
The outdoor patio was great! The house wasn’t quite as clean as we would have hoped, and there were simple things missing like no towels or paper towels for people to dry hands with. Otherwise, it worked out!
