About the Space

Historic Dutch Barn built in the 1750s, fully renovated with original interior details intact. Enormous, majestic first floor space with 30 foot ceilings, exposed beams, and skylights. Large, picture windows frame the exterior walls, bringing in stunning, natural lighting. Adjacent to the main studio space, a fully stocked, residential kitchen opens onto a bluestone, covered patio and quaint side yard. The first floor comes fully equipped with 2 bathrooms and private room that can be utilized as a green room, dressing room, or private meeting space. A seasonal, well-tended flower field is located behind the barn with access from the private room. The barn comes semi-furnished with some movable and some fixed pieces. Individual seating, sofas, arm chairs, coffee tables, and rugs are customizable while some larger furniture pieces and Steinway piano are fixed items, only to be moved by professional movers at the expense of the renter. Available outside WFF's operating hours (M-F 7am - 3pm and during WFF-hosted events). Event fee includes 4 hours total. Additional fees apply beyond 4 hours. Lot near Broken Wing Barn accommodates 20 vehicles. Accessible parking available. Additional parking for 20 vehicles near the farm entrance. Overflow parking can be arranged. Guests may tour the working farm during daylight hours. Guided tours available for an additional fee. WFF provides a Venue Coordinator, Facilities Maintainer, and Parking Attendant. Staff duties include space preparation, greeting caterers and guests, facility maintenance, and monitoring spaces. Note: Staff are not servers or bartenders. Rentals start at $1500, subject to increase based on client needs.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
