My space works well for birthday parties, baby showers, cooking events, recording events, photo shoots and more. This space can be used for your next event. The spaces that can be used are kitchen, dining room, living room, deck and backyard. Backyard is set up perfect for little ones and a toddler birthday party. Living room and kitchen is set up great for a baby shower.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Absolutely perfect place to have thrown my baby shower! Very responsive and accommodating host. She even left me a little gift, a note and some snacks to celebrate 🥲 My family was very impressed and couldn’t believe we had found such a lovely place! By the end of the event, we had so many guests complimenting this lovely home-my husband and I didn’t want to leave 😅. Kids had fun playing with their parents in the backyard and grilling was super easy to navigate 😌 i definitely would rebook here for another event or even recommend it to friends and family. I was skeptical about Peerspace as this was my first time using it but everything was beyond smooth. Thank you again for letting us book here and making our experience one we will never forget 😁

This was a perfect space to host the family, for our graduation get together. Outside set up was perfect for such a beautiful day. I loved the open feeling inside, everyone was able to eat, chat, and feel part of the conversation no matter where you were in the area. Lots of light and open. Very lovely area! Great communication from beginning to end. Beautiful and clean home with plenty of off street parking. The host left personal touches for our event which was so kind and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this home for a small-ish gathering like mine (baby shower/about 25 people), you will not be disappointed! Thank you again, Rhiannon, you're a doll!

Absolutely stunning! What a beautiful home to film in. It was incredibly clean and the owner is very communicative and kind and we will absolutely use the space again in the future.!

This is such a great place! The space was perfect for what we needed! Great open concept that allowed us to be serving and enjoying the party at the same time. The deck was wonderful and the kids and parents loved the play/sitting area downstairs! Rhianna was great to work with and very accommodating to our last minute requests. Would definitely refer this house to everyone!
