About Jennifer Shaver Photography

Our beautiful and newly remodeled studio is convenient located right off the Bee Line about 10 minutes east of I-95 and 10 minutes from the beaches in Port Canaveral. The studio is primarily used as a newborn photography space, and use of props, backdrops and lighting equipment can be arranged for an additional fee upon request. The studio will also work well for head shot, family, maternity, and boudoir sessions. There is a private office with a window into the shooting space, as well as a private bathroom. The entire space is roughly 700 sq ft, and the main shooting area is about 13' x 20'. Our space is perfect for makeup artists, event planners, writers, photographers, or other creative brains in need of a work space.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
