About the Space
Located in Brooklyn, New York, Pitkin Lofts are easy to work in daylight studios perfect for film shoots, video, and photography, each designed, propped, and furnished with the best elements of the home environment. The East New York lofts are each 3,700 sqft with a combined total of 11,000 sqft all in one building allowing production to produce projects contained in one central location. Each loft feature full-length windows, high ceilings, unobstructed views and an abundance of daylight. The 3rd and 4th floor lofts are raw exposed brick. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VENUE IS NOT HANDICAPPED OR WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
