Plan your perfect event. BBQ’s, gender reveals, birthdays, game nights, brunches, baby showers. We have the right vibe for what your looking for. Hang out on the patio, open space for dancing, or just hanging inside lounge area with ventilation and a dry bar. Big 120” screen for easy viewing, popcorn machine and hookah available on request for extra cost.

Free street parking. No alternative side parking. But residents do try and hold spaces. I’m front of their house.

Health and Safety Measures
We carefully sanitize each area from the patio to the lounge with bleach. Hand sanitizers will be placed in different areas throughout.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
