We clean and disinfect the entire area used before and after every client.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This exposed concrete, well lit, highly ceiling, artsy, colorful loft with 9th floor 700 sq Ft terrace loft. Is the perfect space for small events/meetings/classes/photoshoots. Amazing 20 foot ceilings with tons of light beaming through. Concrete floors connect the the beautiful indoor exposed beams surrounded by hanging plants make it warm and inviting. The outdoor balconies are well Decorated with the best fawn lawns available. Giving it a unique real outdoor feel. Also well decorated with plants with tons of color and beautiful Miami skyline views. We also have salon chair and mirrors available if you bring your team of hair and make up it will feel very easy and an amazing space to get your models ready for their shoot. Hair and make up teams are also an option just contact us directly and we can provide a team for your next shoot. Small events are also welcome. There is plenty of bass indoor and outdoor both spaces are rented either together for one price or separately for a different price. The outdoor space has a unique balcony above the terrace which gives you more access to a either private area upstairs for your guest or a DJ. Tons of available seating areas as well as a small dance floor. Beautiful space to throw a baby shower or a happy hour meet and greet with partners. Beautiful ambience with outdoor lights decor and much more.

Parking description

There is tons of street pay to park parking but just don’t park in tow away. Signs are very noticeable you just have to pay attention.

General Rules

No smoking indoors. Make sure you do ash outdoors in an ashtray. No throwing anything or any objects off balconies or terrace. No screaming. No weapons. Music can we plan on speakers but also must be a nice ambience no heavy metal no offense of music.

Security cameras and recording devices

The space has a ring at the door entry only. There are currently no recordings inside.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
