Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Newly renovated event space located in East Oak Lane Philadelphia bordering on Cheltenham township. This unique space offers both modern elegance and a versatile chic décor that blends seamlessly with a wide variety of party themes. Our space can accommodate a 150-person cocktail party or 125 people seated event. We have two bathrooms (one handicap accessible), a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, and a fully functional bar complete with our in-house bartender. Furthermore, we offer free Wi-Fi access and two 75-inch smart TVs to fit your streaming needs. Studio 7200 is the picture-perfect space for intimate weddings, receptions, baby showers, birthday parties, product launches, and other gatherings.
