The Mountainview Estate, located in the quaint town of Warwick, NY, offers 2-acres of greenery to suit all your event needs. We are perfectly located at the end of a culdesac offering privacy from nearby neighbors. As you enter the property you are immediately stricken with breath-taken views of the mountains on your right and grand evergreens on your left. As you make your way down a modern walk-path towards the backyard, you are welcomed by the vast open space; you may even be greeted by our local wildlife of deer, fox, and some adorable rabbits. As you venture further down the walk-path, you enter the patio area which could comfortably accommodate 60 dinner guests. Surrounding the patio are beautiful aromatic lavenders and roses. The patio comes equipped with electricity. Nestled within the patio is a modern 15 person fire pit lounge; perfect for those cozy nights and SMOREs of course. One thing you cannot miss is the 40ft pool located down the hill from the patio. Pool comes equipped with poolside furnishings and various pool activities. Guest to the Mountainview Estate are also welcomed to visit the garden located at the far end of the yard. During the summer season, the garden offers fresh berries and other healthy options; you may even get a to take home some fresh eggs from our garden chickens! During the beginning of Fall, the entire estate is inundated with boysenberries; come early enough, you could snag a few jars of jams! Few things we offer upon: We offer chaffing trays, electrical chaffing trays, 4 outdoor 6ft tables with 24 matching chairs, 4 rectangular folding tables, table cloth, napkins, 100 gold rimmed plates, 100 utensils, and many more depending on the request.
