Our space has professional cleaners that come and leave it super clean and sparkling for the next guest. COVID-19 protocol does take in place when the unit is being cleaned.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful 4 story townhouse that has an open layout with floor to ceiling windows that's perfect for small gatherings and events, pop-up shops, meetings, photoshoots, videos, or even date night with a private chef. Walking distance to Lower Greenville and Henderson area. Less than 5 mins to Uptown or Downtown Dallas and less than 10 mins to get to Deep Ellum. 1st Floor- Private 2 car garage and entrance to backyard. 2nd Floor- Gourmet Kitchen w/ Island & Coffee Bar, Living & Dining Space, and 1/2 Bath. 3rd Floor- Master Bedroom w/ attached bathroom, Coffee/Drink Bar, walk-in closet, and the Secondary Bedroom with full bathroom, 4th Floor- Private Rooftop Patio with Downtown Dallas Views, TV, Bar Cart, Ice Machine, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Cooler, and Large Umbrella to protect you from the sun.

General Rules

- Not suitable for infants (under 2 years) - Not suitable for pets - No smoking anywhere in our property - Small get togethers allowed if authorized. - Guests must provide photo ID upon check-in - Please leave the apartment as clean as when you found it. - If there is a delay in the next guest checking in which results in a cancellation, then Guest will be liable for Host’s loss of income. - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees starting at $250 to remove odor and stains may be applied. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, or if guest are suspected of doing any illegal activities, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - If Guests are found to have had a party, event or gathering without host permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY and a minimum fee of $400 will incur. - Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that Visitors are complicit with these House Rules. - There is a private two car garage attached to that property for use, however there is free parking on the side of the road. - Please do not rearrange the furniture unless authorized. - Tampering with the cameras is strictly prohibited and will lead us to canceling the reservation with no refund.

The space is gorgeous! The picture do not do justice! Extremely spacious and in a great location! Definitely will book again! :)
