Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

In light of the Coronavirus we have taken every precaution when cleaning our home for our guests. We Disinfect surfaces between guests, and let the cleaning solution stand for 3-5 minutes. We have always and will continue to wash towels and linens between guests with bleach and hot water, we also offer guests separate hand towels. We Provide tissues, disposable paper towels, and hand soap for all guests. We want you to feel safe and confident in our home during your stay.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This home offers a variety of uses, including the adorable cottage themed interior and beautiful serene exterior. It is a retreat to be enjoyed and escape real life. Located behind a seasonal creek, offering the whispers of frogs and occational deer running through the front yard. This space offers 2 separate Living Rooms, one living room with views of the Beautiful Flower garden, decorated with Photos of our Garden, the second living room includes a small game table, and views of the Gazebo, waterfall and creek. 4 Bedrooms each decorated in a different theme, 2 bathrooms and laundry room. The exterior of the home offers a seasonal vegetable garden, seasonal flower garden, beautiful water fall and creek while enjoying the covered gazebo to relax and enjoy our city of Atascadero. The outdoor space also offers 2 adorable out buildings, perfect for that Instagram Photo.

We offer parking in the driveway, approximately 3-4 vehicles, and street parking directly in front of our home.

The mornings and early afternoon are brightest. The late afternoon offers shade with all of the trees. Lot's of windows throughout and French Doors in living room and a bedroom, sliding door in family room.

Circuit breakers are located on exterior of the house. Not sure what power rating of the space. Lots of outlets throughout the home

General Rules

- No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) both inside and/or outside the house. - No illegal activity. - No Feminine products including Flushable Wipes to be flushed down toilet. Toilet paper only. - Furniture can be moved but must be placed back to it's original location or a $250 moving fee will be added to your cost. - No Parking in front of neighbors homes. All parking should be in our driveway or directly in front of our home.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Everything can be moved as long as it is moved back to original location at end of lease.

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have two ring cameras facing driveway and on the front porch

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
